Please read the following registration policy. Click on the REGISTRATION FORM link below the policy to register for a course.

(1) By registering, you certify that you are one of the following:

- A sworn law enforcement officer of a federal, state, county, or municipal agency
- Employed as a security professional by a legitimate corporation or government agency
- A law abiding citizen of the United States of America and possess a valid concealed weapon permit (when required for a PTI training course).

(2) By registering, you certify that any knowledge and skills obtained in a PTI training course will only be used for lawful purposes as governed by the jurisdictions in the United States of America and it's territories.

(3) By registering, you certify that you are in good physical and mental health to participate in practical, hands-on training.

(4) Course tuition must be received prior to attending the course in which you register for. Exceptions will be made if your employer is paying for the tuition by Purchase Order.

(5) If you are unable to attend the selected course, you must notify PTI by phone or e-mail by more than 7 days to receive a FULL REFUND of the course tuition.

(6) Cancellations made less than 7 days will result in NO REFUND of the course tuition. This is due to the improbability of being able to replace your spot with another student on short notice.

(7) If you are unable to attend the training, and it is inside of 7 days, your spot can be filled by another qualified person of your choosing in lieu of losing your course tuition.

(8) Tuition for an existing course WILL NOT be transferred to a future course in lieu of a cancellation inside of 7 days. However, it can be transferred to a future course, in lieu of a refund, if the cancellation is made by more than 7 days.
